# Terms of Service
1. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to our Shipping & Return Policies. Custom BJD doll/outfit orders cannot be canceled once production starts. All prices are in USD, excluding import taxes.

2. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images and listing content are the exclusive property of LINYARTH-DOLL. Unauthorized reproduction, resale or commercial use is prohibited.

3. Buyer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping address and covering all import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by customs clearance, international logistics disruptions, force majeure or buyer's improper use of products. Maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the product itself.

5. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first. This agreement is governed by the laws of China.
