1. Core Rules
Custom items (face-up BJD dolls, made-to-order outfits) are handcrafted exclusively for you. **No returns, exchanges or no-reason refunds** for custom products. We only accept after-sales claims for verified quality defects.

2. Quality Issue Claims
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with full unboxing video and defect photos. Eligible solutions: re-production, partial refund or free replacement.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Buyer's remorse or personal preference issues for custom items
- Import duties, customs taxes, clearance delays or customs detention
- Damage caused by buyer's misuse or modification
- Custom orders that have already entered production

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
