1. Processing Time
All BJD‑style dolls and handmade outfits are custom‑crafted goods. Orders will be dispatched within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and official holidays.
2. Shipping Method
We ship worldwide from mainland‑China via international parcel‑delivery lines. Delivery time normally ranges from 7‑14 business days, which may be delayed due to customs clearance, peak‑season logistics or local postal conditions. We are not liable for shipping‑time‑related refunds caused by uncontrollable international‑logistic factors.
3. Import‑Duty & Customs‑Tax Statement
All import‑related VAT, customs duties, clearance‑fees imposed by your local customs authority shall be borne solely by the buyer. The seller does not collect any import‑tax during checkout. Your local customs may require you to pay relevant charges before parcel release.
For hand‑customized BJD dolls, refunds or order‑cancellations will not be accepted on account of customs‑tax payment, customs‑detention or clearance‑time delays.
4. Damaged‑Goods After‑sales Service
If the doll or clothing suffers visible damage during transit, please provide unboxing‑video within 48‑hours after receiving the package. We will arrange re‑delivery or partial compensation upon verification. Lost‑parcel claims will be handled according to official logistics tracking records.
5. Restricted‑Regions
We do not deliver orders to war‑torn areas and high‑risk‑regions subject to international‑shipping‑restrictions.
